What's the process?
After you submit your brand's information, we will send you a list of potential creators. You'll be able to peruse their portfolios and see which one seems like the best fit for your project. Once you've selected the creator with whom you'd like to work with, we will send you a brief describing the type of video and content we will create. When you approve the brief, we will begin filming the content. After we complete filming we will send you the finished video for review, and make any changes requested.
How much does your service cost?
The cost of our video production services is determined by the needs of your brand and the type of video you'd like produced. We offer a variety of packages suited to different types of needs, including an ongoing retainer program that provides monthly creative development and support throughout the life of your campaign.
What are the delivery times?
Once we receive your products, our creators will complete the video within seven days.
Do you hire creators?
We have a huge network of talented content creators signed to UGC Social. However, if your brand is seeking a specific type of content creator that we do not currently have, we can find and hire a creator who fits your requirements. So whether you're looking for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or any other type of content, we can find the perfect creator for your brand. Simply send us your requirements and we'll get back to you with a selection of creators that match your needs.
Do I get to pick what goes into the creative content?
Yes, you will always have final approval of every step of the creative process.We believe in a collaborative process where you are always kept in the loop. You will know what is going on every step of the way and will never be surprised by the final video. If at any point you have specific ideas or changes, we will be happy to incorporate them into the project. Ultimately, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Can you keep my product for future content?
Yes, we can keep your product for future content. We will keep your products for up to 60 days after the contract has ended. If after 60 days you would like to work with us again, you will need to resend the products.
Can you send back my product(s)?
Yes, we are able to process returns for products sent for the project. However, the client will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the product back.
Where are you based?
My UGC production company is based in Ontario, however we have content creators based all across the US, UK and AUS.
How does it work? Do I send product to you and you guys create the videos? If you could fill me in on how logistics works.

Do we own ad rights in case we want to boost a post as an ad?
Yes I am happy to confirm that you will have full rights to the video, meaning you can use the content anyway you wish. We take pride in producing high-quality videos that our clients can use in a variety of ways.
