At UGC Social, we are on the lookout for talented UGC video content creators to join our team. We are looking for UGC content creators to join our team.
The job will entail writing detailed briefs, coming up with concepts, and producing and editing content.
Our culture is fast-paced, fun, and collaborative; we want you to be someone who thrives in that environment. We also expect you to have experience working with content creation tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro or Capcut, as well as skills like copywriting, storyboarding, editing, directing, and producing.
We want people who can work quickly while still maintaining high-quality work in order to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in content creation, as well as a portfolio of previous results that show an ability to create high-quality content within deadlines. We're also looking for someone who can work well under pressure and is coachable--someone who's willing to learn from others and grow with us.
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Must be self-motivated and organized
- Strong written English skills
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail, follow through, and ability to work under pressure
- Passion for UGC is a must
- Background in creating content for various brands
- Is comfortable in front of a camera
- Is able to hold an engaging conversation
- Has professional editing software and can edit themselves
- Has experience with creating content for multiple different platforms (TikTok, Instagram & Meta.)
- Is comfortable with working under tight deadlines, across multiple projects
You will be working with multiple projects at once, so you must be comfortable with tight deadlines and juggling multiple tasks at once. You should also be able to work independently but also take direction well--we're looking for someone who can do both!
